Dear partner,We have some exciting news to update you on.Firstly, we have appointed a new Vice-Chancellor. Professor Donna Whitehead will be commencing her new role at Brighton on 1 February 2025.Professor Whitehead is currently Deputy Vice-Chancellor at the University of South Wales. Her career in higher education began as a lecturer in Law at the University of Sunderland, and she has since held a Deputy Vice-Chancellor role at London Metropolitan University and a Pro-Vice-Chancellor role at the University of the West of England.Secondly, we are delighted to announce that we have expanded our Vice-Chancellor scholarship offering for September 2025. Our International Office scholarships are also now open to applications for eligible students from all regions. Be sure to check out details of both scholarships further down in this email.Our on-campus pre-sessional English bursary is being continued for new students joining us in September 2025.
