RESOURCES

•  GTE Guide - with information about what to look out for when sending applications to Charles Sturt, including what is required in the statement of purpose. This is also available in the Studylink platform resources.

• Charles Sturt GTE positive profiles: The positive profiles outlined in this guide reflect common characteristics of students on a market specific basis, that in our experience, are most likely to achieve a positive GTE outcome.  This does not mean that students who do not meet all of the outlined characteristics in this guide will not be considered, only that those that do are more likely to receive both a more streamlined assessment and a positive outcome.

• Admissions Matrix and English language requirements are available on our website. 

• Scholarships available to international students on-campus 2024   Including the 10%, 25% scholarships and accommodation scholarships. 

• Accommodation information - remember - we guarantee on-campus accommodation to commencing international students, they'll need apply early! 

• Reminder : The Australian Government has announced that from 1 October 2023, the amount of funds student visa applicants will need to meet the financial capacity requirement will increase. The recommended 12-month living cost for a single student is now AUD$24,505.

• The Statement of Purpose (SOP) required for the course application at Charles Sturt remains a full SOP. From October 2023 - accepted students at Charles Sturt  will receive a 300-worded SOP Guideline to support their application to the student visa that requires a 300 words SOP.
