I am writing to share the new programs that we are offering for 2025 entry.

Computing and Mathematics BSc (GG40)

This unique interdisciplinary programme allows students to explore both Mathematics and Computing, gaining skills that make them highly employable in a wide range of industries, from finance to data science and engineering.  

This course is for students who have an A Level or equivalent qualification in Mathematics. Students do not need to have a A Level or equivalent qualification in Further Mathematics or Computing.

Advanced Data Science with Statistics MSc (5520F)

Advanced Data Science with Health MSc (5521F) 

These new courses will equip students with the skills to source, manipulate, and analyse data to develop impactful solutions. Students can choose from either degree paths—Statistics or Health—offering the opportunity to either build a broad skill set or specialise in data-driven approaches for the health and medical industry.

Global Sustainable Futures MA (4185)

This new course will help students to develop the essential skills needed to respond to the global sustainability challenges impacting people and places. The course takes a multi-disciplinary approach to addressing the well-being, stability and sustainability of humanity and the planet.

Public Policy MSc (5525)

This new course will give students the knowledge and expertise to shape real-world solutions to complex public problems, preparing them for careers in government, business, media, and beyond. 

It will prepare students for emerging trends and innovations in public policy, encouraging creative problem-solving and the proposal of innovative solutions to current and future policy issues.

• F155 Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry with Study Abroad BSc Honours 

• F156 Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry with Study Abroad MChem Honours 

The following courses are still being offered for 2025 entry:

Students will still have the option to study abroad or undertake an industrial placement as part of our undergraduate Chemistry courses.

Course changes

Master of Public Health (5898F)

There is a change to our IELTS requirement for 2025 for this course. The new requirements for 2025 entry are a minimum of 6.5 overall, with 6.5 in Writing and 5.5 in each of the other subskills.
