I would like to politely request that you do not phone the University to chase offer letters nor encourage your students to do so. 

The University of Gloucestershire is receiving an unprecedented volume of applications for January 2025. We understand the importance of quick turnaround and that any processing delays can cause student anxiety. The Admissions Team is processing offers as quickly as possible but dealing with numerous calls to the Admissions Team will only divert attention away from processing and will impact turn around times. 

In the meantime, please do check that each of your offer holders has completed all the stages in the CAS Shield platform and uploaded ALL documents,  as this will ensure unconditional offers can be released. Please do not send any documents to us via email.
