Scholarships for September 2025

Our September 2025 scholarships are now confirmed!

Chancellor's International - Our Chancellor's International Scholarship is available for exceptional applicants for between £500-£4,000.

UG Tri-Annual - Eligible undergraduate applicants will receive £1,500 tuition fee discount for each year of study, up to £6,000 for a 4-year taught course.

Early Bird Discount - Postgraduate taught applicants can currently secure a £2,000 Early Bird Payment Discount if they pay their minimum £5,000 tuition fee deposit so we receive it by 30th April 2025.

Alumni Discount - Herts alumni continue to secure a 20% tuition fee reduction on postgraduate taught courses.

Partner Discount - Undergraduate advanced entry applicants joining us from approved partners will receive a £2,000 discount.

Full Payment Discount - Our £1,000 full payment discount is also back for 2025, and applicants can combine this with any other secured scholarship.

Herts ambitious plan to become one of the UK’s most successful modern universities

The University of Hertfordshire has launched its Strategy 2025-2030 outlining how it will power its reputation globally as a high-achieving, modern, dynamic and enterprising university.

Developed following extensive consultation and feedback from across the University, the plan places ‘powering staff, students and society’ at its core to achieve three main objectives:

• ensure students are equipped for successful careers
• solve global challenges through research and enterprise
• advance Herts’ global community through global reach and reputation

As part of what the University is calling its “transformative initiatives”, Herts has also committed to huge investment in their people and culture, campuses and digital transformation. This includes a number of major construction projects including a new state-of-the-art building for health and social work education, and the new Hertfordshire Medical School and both staying at the forefront of AI advancements while leveraging of the latest digital technology to enrich the student and staff experience.
