Agent Portal temporary closure August 2024

Dear Partner,

As a user of the Keele Agent Portal, we need to inform you that the Portal will be closed from today, Monday 29th July until the afternoon of Friday 16th August. This is to protect student data during the UCAS embargo period. As in previous years, the Applicant Portal will also be closed. 

We would encourage you to submit as many of your applications as possible prior to the Agent Portal closure, however you can make applications during the closure as follows:

2. Undergraduate applications - submit via our Clearing application form
4. Postgraduate applications - submit via the course pages of our website

For applications submitted via these methods, we will need you to email us with an authorisation form so we can tag the student to you. Please ensure all the relevant qualifications and grades are listed on the application forms, including English language, to avoid any delays to Admissions decisions.

If you need to check the status of an application or provide documents during this time, please email us and we will be happy to assist you.
