It's made up of several parts which included sessions on academic skills, our libraries, joining societies and social activities, and sessions on all the support available during their journey with us.All in all, everything to get our students set up and settled into Kingston.Student Route Visa is going DigitalAs UKVI are moving towards a digital immigration system, physical documents (e.g. BRP, BRC, vignette stickers) are being replaced by an online record called eVisa, which will make travelling to the UK safer, quicker and easier.What students need to doIf they do not already have a UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) account, they will be asked to:create a UKVI accountconfirm their identity using the 'UK Immigration ID Check' appThis information will be used to link the student's visa to their UKVI account. They will get an email to let them know when they can access their eVisa in your account.More information for students is available on our website.Flywire is our new Payment Portal for International StudentsWe wish to remind you once again that the University does not accept bank transfers. International Scholarships forJanuary 2025We are offering a small number of scholarships for newly enrolled postgraduate Kingston University students worth £5,000 towards the first year of study only. We are looking for enthusiastic champions who can represent Kingston and support us with our recruitment and marketing work. Please refer to the link below for eligibility criteria.Applications will be open from 21 October to 11 November 2024Please note that our scholarships are very competitive, and we receive many applications every year.
