Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to let you know that the agency approval and applicant declaration steps have now been combined for Masters and pre-sessional English applications. 

This means that the applicant will now ‘sign’ the declaration at the same time as approving you working on their behalf and agents will be able to submit applications once completed – i.e. you will no longer have to send the application to the applicant to submit. This applies to current draft applications too, including applications that are awaiting applicant declaration/submission, and you can now submit them via the agent portal.

We have also updated the way that the agency approval request is displayed, and applicants will no longer need to have pop-ups enabled to be able to see it.

Updates will be made to our Agent Portal Guidance pages to reflect all recent improvements this week.
