New Student Record System and enhanced credibility support referralsDear UK Marketing,We’re excited to share some important updates regarding our new Student Record System that will enhance the support we provide to our international students.To ensure the best outcomes for all applicants, we are expanding referrals to our Credibility Support Team, through the Personal Statement Supplement (PSS).This will now include all applicants from the below specific countries, highlighted as requiring further review by UKVI;AfghanistanIraqIranUzbekistanBangladeshNepalPakistanIndiaGhanaNigeriaOur new Student Record System (SRS) for September 2025 will automatically add the Personal Statement Supplement as a requirement to any applicants meeting the specific criteria, meaning applications can be processed quicker and more efficiently.In order to enable a smooth transition to the new process, we will also be expanding our referrals for our January 2025 starters, although these applicants will not be able to apply through the new SRS system.We believe that these additional measures will strengthen and streamline the application process and provide even more transparency and support for prospective students.Please note that for applicants starting in September 2025, they will be notified of their conditions of offer, on their applications portal.Please let us know should you have any questions about the new process or should you experience and any issues with logging into the new portal please.

Our programme of school visits also introduces students to local schools - currently the Mayflower School in Plymouth has a former international student now working for them through that scheme.
