Dear valued agents,

With our Term 1 (March) intake approaching, we kindly ask for your support in sharing the following important information with your students:

Key Dates & Requirements

• Class Commencement: Monday, 10 March – We look forward to welcoming students to Southern Cross University!
• Offer Acceptance Deadline (Onshore Students): 3:00 PM, Wednesday, 12 March – No acceptances can be processed after this deadline.
• Arrival Deadline for ALL Students (Including Non-Student Visa Holders): Wednesday, 12 March, by 12:00 noon – Students must be in Australia and ready to commence classes.
• Offshore Students: Those recently granted a visa or awaiting an outcome must also arrive by 12:00 noon on 12 March and report to their campus.
• Failure to Arrive: Students who do not arrive by 12 March or do not receive their visa in time will be withdrawn from enrolment and deferred to the next intake.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring students meet these deadlines for a smooth transition into their studies.

Orientation Registration (Mandatory for All Students)

If students have accepted their offer, paid their deposit, and have not yet registered for Orientation, they must do so immediately. Orientation is compulsory and must be attended in person on campus. There is no online option.
