We would like to update you on the recent government announcement regarding current UK student and graduate visa policies. First and foremost, I want to assure you that  the government has not introduced any changes to the Graduate Route in the UK. At the University of Central Lancashire, we are delighted that the government has made this decision, acknowledging the value international students bring to the richness and success  of our education system. The UK remains a friendly and welcoming study destination for international students. 

Our Vice Chancellor has been a strong advocate of the Graduate Route Visa, recognising its importance in helping international students build successful careers in the  UK. In his recent letter  to the Prime Minister Professor Graham Baldwin recognises international students are essential to the vibrancy and diversity of our academic  community, bringing unique perspectives that enrich our classrooms. The government announcement also emphasised the role of education agents in maintaining the integrity of the visa system. At UCLan, we are committed to supporting our  trusted agent network. We will roll out comprehensive support services to help you navigate any changes to compliance and monitoring, ensuring our collaboration remains strong and effective in recruiting students for the UK.
