As you may be aware, the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs made an announcement on the 12th of June, that holders of certain visas, including Temporary Graduate and Visitor visas will no longer be eligible to apply for a Student visa onshore from the 1st of July 2024.

If any of your applicants are affected by this restriction, we recommend that you apply for a Student visa as a matter of urgency, and in any event before the 1st of July 2024.
