Dear All,

请查收以下重点:

针对International Postgraduate (sub-doctoral) applications的2025 S1申请截止日期是2024年12月8日在截止日期之后提交的申请将不予处理,即使系统允许提交

*此截止日期不适用于domestic applicants, international undergraduate applicants, or Doctoral applicants

2025 International Postgraduate

Application Deadlines

Kia ora,

As we progress through Semester Two, we would like to share the application deadlines for Semester 1, 2025 with you.

As such, please note that applications for International Postgraduate (sub-doctoral) applications will close on December 8th 2024.

This closing date does not apply to domestic applicants, international undergraduate applicants, or Doctoral applicants. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be processed, even if the system permits submission.

We would also like to acknowledge that the Processing time for applications for admission from agent has reduced considerably over the last two months and continue to be a priority applicant group.

Key information

  • Immigration NZ advises an average visa processing time of 6 weeks, with a recommendation to apply 3 months in advance.

  • Processing times for applications from Agents have improved significantly and remain a priority.

  • Programmes with earlier closing dates (e.g., selection/quota programmes) will not be affected by this change.

  • Applications in progress can still have documents uploaded after the deadline, though applicants are encouraged to submit by 8th December to support timely visa processing.

We greatly value our partnership with you, and the opportunity to welcome international students to our campus. We look forward to receiving applications from your students and the possibility of their joining our vibrantly diverse academic community.
