Last week was an exciting and action-packed experience for the 400 high school students, including international students, participating in this year's Hands-On at Otago. The students stayed at our newest residential college, Te Rangihīroa, and spent the week immersing themselves in life at Otago.
If you have students currently enrolling in Year 11 or Year 12 at a New Zealand high school in 2025, learn more about Hands-On at Otago at www.otago.ac.nz/hands-on-at-otago and encourage them to apply for our scholarships in 2025.

A friendly reminder that your Regional Market Manager is your best contact point for questions regarding course advice, application follow up or help to get information from a department. We periodically notice counsellors’ mass-emailing multiple academic staff or a variety of departments, which in turn means that they are often not responded to as so many people are on the email. Please just go to your Regional Market Manager for help! Most of the market managers are out travelling during February – we look forward to seeing many of you and supporting your events.
