Orientation & Enrolment Seminars

All new incoming international students must register for and attend a New International Student Enrolment and Orientation seminar before completing enrolment. If you students have not done so, please ask them to sign up a seminar here

A gentle reminder that your students must email a high-quality PDF scan of their passport bio page and facing page and the PDF of their student visa once they have received it from Immigration New Zealand. Email international.orientation@otago.ac.nz.
In case your students encounter delays with their visas or other barriers which will affect them arriving in time for the start of Semester 1/ February intake, please keep your Regional Market Manager informed so we can help confirm options for late arrival and if the programme can accommodate that, or facilitate a deferral with admissions for the next available intake for studies.

Applications have been opened and the deadline to apply for studies commencing in Semester 2/ July 2025 intake is 30 April 2025
