We are excited to bring you the latest stories from our vibrant CQU community. This month, we celebrate the remarkable achievement of our alumnus, Chef Ngo Thanh Hoa.
We also highlight a memorable study tour with Japanese students, showcasing their experiences and cultural exchanges. Additionally, we share exciting updates on our students' accomplishments both in Australia and overseas, demonstrating their dedication and excellence.

| Celebrating CQU alumnus Chef Ngo Thanh Hoa | |

| We are thrilled to share that Chef Ngo Thanh Hoa, our esteemed CQU alumnus, has been named the Champion for Taste of Australia 2025. With over 20 years of culinary expertise and a deep passion for Australian produce, Chef Hoa is set to lead us on an unforgettable gastronomic adventure.
Chef Hoa's journey began at CQU, where he completed two degrees. After graduating and with newfound skills and confidence, he entered and won MasterChef Vietnam.
Now, as Champion for Taste of Australia 2025, Chef Hoa will participate in a series of exciting activities, including a media launch in early March, hosting unique culinary experiences, and serving as the Head Judge for the Taste of Australia Culinary Competition.
