This is a reminder that Monday 31 March 2025 is the last day for students to accept their offers for Trimester 2. To ensure a smooth acceptance process, please ensure all acceptance documents are submitted in full.

To facilitate a quick acceptance turnaround, the following completed documents must be provided:

• Signed and completed Acceptance of Offer

• Signed and completed Financial Checklist or Declaration

• Signed Scholarship Agreement (if applicable)

• Completed Genuine Student Questionnaire (responses must not exceed 150 words per question)

• All supporting documents requested in the conditions listed on the Letter of Offer

Incomplete submissions may cause processing delays beyond the final acceptance deadline. Please ensure all documents are legible and in the correct format to avoid delays.

UniSQ has performed strongly in the latest QS World University Rankings by Subject 2025, with eight subjects recognised among the world’s best. The rankings evaluate more than 1,500 universities using indicators such as academic reputation, employer reputation, and research impact.

• Agriculture and Forestry and Environmental Science each maintained their position in the 301-350 and 351-400 bands respectively.
• Mechanical, Aeronautical and Manufacturing Engineering moved up a band to be ranked 401-450 globally.
• Newly ranked subjects include Economics and Econometrics (551-700), Computer Science and Information Systems (751-850), Medicine (701-850), and Material Science (351-400).

These outcomes recognise the excellent work of our staff and our focus on delivering world-class education and research. These exceptional results were highlighted in Mirage News and The National Tribune.

Please note that our Toowoomba campus, including our Admissions team, will be closed Friday 28 March 2025 for the Toowoomba Show Public Holiday. If you require assistance, please contact us in advance. Our Ipswich and Springfield campuses will still be operating.
