Getting Started on TrainHub

To access the platform, please follow these 3 simple steps:

Sign in or register a new account for free at (www.trainhub.com/) (If you don't receive the TrainHub confirmation email, please check your junk folder.) Once signed in, go to https://trainhub.com/school/universityofwestminster/WestminsterTraining and click "Follow." The link expires on 30/01/25 so please ensure you and your colleagues access it before this date.
Invite all your counsellors to create a free account under your agency. Please ensure they register using your agency’s email domain; otherwise, their accounts won't be linked to your agency, which will impact your reporting.
Complete the mandatory trainings.
